Sun Palace Hotel - Sunny Beach

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was perfect, with super clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, situated in a vibrant area with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

Nothing could be improved for me.

A short way from the restaurant Djanny. Hotel was spotless. Action aquapark is next door.

Great central location and clean rooms. the nearby supermarket was also convenient for snacks and drinks.

The food was terrible and mostly inedible. the staff were rude and unprofessional, with some even wearing tracksuits as their uniform.

The hotel's central location provides easy access to a leisure centre, the main square, and the beach. Some dishes in the restaurant were alright when the Bulgarians were asked. the room had a decent view of the pool.

The pool was too cold to use comfortably.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, as it was close to the main centre and all the attractions, yet not right in the midst of the hustle and bustle. It was also conveniently located near a supermarket, which came in handy when I wanted to pick up a can of Stella to enjoy on the terrace with the lovely garden furniture.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I would highly recommend it to friends and family looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Celebrate the New Year in a seaside destination with the warmest weather! Our hotel had clean facilities with attentive staff. In particular, the food was quite varied and tasty, and we were able to enjoy a memorable dinner on New Year's Eve. the hotel's location was very convenient, as it was just a short walk to the beach and local shops.

There were some drawbacks to our stay. The rooms were a bit dated and in need of refurbishment, with limited amenities available.
